For Guests Cancellation terms are set by each property owner and displayed on the property listing page before booking. StayVacationRentals does not override individual owner cancellation policies.
Standard guest cancellation tiers:
Flexible: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before check-in.
Moderate: Full refund if cancelled 5 days before check-in.
Strict: 50% refund if cancelled 7 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days.
Platform service fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
For Property Owners Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. If you cancel your subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Disputes For payment disputes or refund requests, contact us at svrsupport@stayvacationrentals.com within 14 days of the transaction.
